We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission. For client work, ownership terms will be specified in individual service agreements.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services include:

• All fees are due as specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days

We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment and to use third-party collection services for overdue accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentered Media shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from third-party services or content
• Service interruptions or technical failures

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Level and Warranties

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or specific results. Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of our services or staff

Upon termination, all rights and obligations cease, except those that by their nature should survive termination.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation, if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration or court proceedings as a last resort

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
